FIDE ratings are updated on the 1st of every month here - ratings.fide.com
As soon as a tournament has been submitted to FIDE you can look it up on the FIDE website.
HOWEVER please note that only games played between FIDE rated players,are recorded on the site, so your record may appear to be incomplete.
On your individual record you may find that games you played against rated players are recorded, but that if you are already rated and you play someone without a rating, then that game will not appear on your record.
